Once customer placed an order then we cannot cancel
Only orders with defective or incorrectly sized items are eligible for returns and exchanges within a week of delivery.
It would not be feasible to replace or refund a product if the defect was your fault.
Dresses that are ready to wear can only be exchanged if the item is damaged or the wrong size and there is no return policy.
