Exchanges & Care We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, if you receive a defective or incorrectly sized item, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note that items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for replacement. For our Ready-to-Wear collection, we offer exchanges strictly for damages or sizing errors, as we do not follow a return or refund policy.
