• Delivery time for each item is mentioned on the website. International orders may require an additional 4 days for delivery.

Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure you receive the perfect product. However, exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Exchange is only possible in case of wrong size or manufacturing defects/damaged products.

• Timeline: You must contact us within 1 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original price labels and the purchase invoice attached.

• Exclusions: Items bought on Sale or Promotion are not eligible for exchange or refund.

• Color Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings and photoshoot lighting, slight variations in color or texture may occur. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

How to Initiate an Exchange

If you have received a defective item:

1. Take clear images of the defect.

2. Email us or WhatsApp the photos to 03001819455 within 1 days of purchase.

3. Our team will review the claim. Once approved, you will be offered an exchange of the same price value, subject to stock availability.

Note: We have a strict No Return Policy. Only exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are permitted.
